Terms, Conditions, and Exclusions

The puppy you have selected is warranted by Gan Haven to the original purchaser to be healthy at the time of purchase and free from parvo virus, canine distemper, hepatitis, corona virus, kennel cough for a full seven (7) days from the date of purchase. It is the condition of this warranty contract that within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, the purchaser must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a complete examination and have the treating veterinarian complete and sign the attached initial exam form. Return a copy of the exam form along with a copy of this signed warranty contract to Gan Haven where it will be kept on file for future reference. Failure to do so will render this warranty void and release Gan Haven from any responsibility regarding the health of your puppy.

Your puppy must be examined by_____________________. Inform Gan Haven within 24 hours if puppy is found "not fit for purchase" by the treating veterinarian. If your puppy is found "not fit for purchase" your options are:

1. Return puppy in exchange for another puppy when a new puppy becomes available.
2. After discussing the health of the puppy and a written diagnosis is provided to Gan Haven, you may return the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for treatment.

Limited 1 Year Warranty

Gan Haven warrants this puppy for one (1) year from the date of purchase against congenital and hereditary disorders (see exclusions) that may interfere with your puppies ability to lead a normal life. Should your veterinarian detect such a disorder within the warranty period, have the treating veterinarian prepare and sign a written diagnosis of the disorder and present said document to Gan Haven within 48 hours of diagnosis.

Do not incur any further medical expenses until the condition of the puppy has been discussed with Gan Haven. In the event that work is completed, all veterinarian fees will be paid in full by the purchaser. Gan Haven must be contacted within seven (7) days of the completion of the vet services and provided with a written diagnosis of the illness and an itemized statement of the veterinarians bill. Gan Haven will then reimburse the purchaser for all necessary procedures relating to the diagnosis up to a maximum of the purchase price of your puppy. Shipping charges if any, is not included in the purchase price. The purchaser assumes all liability for non covered expenses.

Purchaser agrees that Gan Haven does not provide coverage for the following:

1. Routine care, travel expenses, and physical examinations, including initial exam to validate this warranty.
2. Preventative vaccinations and preventative treatment for external and internal parasites.
3. Illness caused by gross negligence, including illness preventable by vaccination.
4. Elective surgeries such as spaying/neutering or cosmetic surgery.
5. Cost or expense incurred after the death of a pet, including the cost of examination (autopsy), removal and burial.
6. Illness not attributed to the breeder prior to purchase.
7. Dental work and allergies regardless of origin.
8. Injury or any illness resulting from injury.
9. Diagnostic testing that yields negative or inconclusive results.
10. Psychological conditions and behavioral problems which result in therapy and training.

Purchaser understands and accepts the following:

1. Gan haven is providing your pet solely for the purpose of a companion pet, and does not sell puppies for showing or breeding purposes. Gan Haven does not guarantee that this pet will be able to be shown or bred.
2. If you plan to breed this puppy please be sure to study and learn all that comes with breeding. It is a big responsibility and along with it could be large veterinary bills that you are not expecting. If you have no intentions of breeding, please have your pet spayed or neutered.
3. No coverage is provided for existing pets in the household that may come in contact with the new puppy. A 5-7 day isolation period is recommended for all new puppies entering your home.
4. This warranty is non-transferable and pertains only to the original purchaser.
5. In order to execute any portions of this warranty, you must supply this warranty along with the original receipt that you received at the time of purchase.
6. Altering of this document in any way immediately voids all warranties.
7. This contract supercedes all verbal information given.

I have completely read this document and I am aware and understand all of the conditions, limitations, and exclusions of this warranty.
